InSource Pro worked with the client’s product and website team to identify the important goals of Manta's userbase. From here, Insource conducted studies of new visitor, returning visitor, and various levels of customer activity to determine the actual segmentation funnels (service vs. dropoff) for each of these goals and pathways. This analysis was used to optmize Manta's offering. Insource also created data visulaizations for C-Level managment to better understand user behaviors.
